Option #3.  Plant trees at the Cosumnes River Habitat

The meeting place is the Cosumnes River Preserve Farm Center, located at the corner of Desmond and Bruceville Roads. From Interstate-5, exit Twin Cities Road East for exactly one mile, to the first stop sign. Turn right/south at the stop sign, onto Franklin Boulevard, for exactly one mile. Turn left onto Desmond Road (the first possible left hand turn), for one mile, until the road dead ends. The Farm Center will be on the right.    The workday begins promptly at 9.:30 am, late arrivals will not be able to "catch up." Dress in layers with long sleeves, long pants and hiking boots if possible.   If you bring bug repellant, you will have many friends. Bring a sack lunch, soft drinks will be provided.
