Chemistry 3022 - Organic Chemistry Laboratory II - Index Page

The following table provides important information needed for this course and links to other documents you will need.  Note that you should prepare for the experiments in the order below.  The due dates for the given and previous experiments are provided.  You must manage your own schedule in completing the labs in a timely manner.  No time will be permitted outside of your normal lab time to work in the lab.  Everyone is working under the same time constraints, so plan ahead and be ready to work in lab.  It is expected that you will work on several labs simultaneously (multi-tasking) in this course.
First labs will begin on the first available days in the semester: Section 2 (Almy) students will begin on Thursday, February 14 and section 1 (Stone) students will begin on Monday, February 18. You will need to have downloaded the Syllabus and the "Structures from Spectra" with its first six spectra for this lab. Blank lab books will be provided during this first session.

Check out this link for help with your spectroscopic data: IR & NMR database
